The first step is reaching out to us. We'll discuss any & all questions you have about the contract, payment and the photoshoot. This will help give us an idea about your shoot and the experience you are looking for. This helps us get to know you and what we are going to create together.
II. Design The Experience
We'll work with you on your vision, wardrobe and anything else we can dream up so that we can create and deliver the best images we possibly can. We want you to love your images so don't be shy! Share the dream and let us help you bring it to life!
III. Meet, Shoot, Deliver Memories
When your date finally arrives, we will meet at the location or you'll pop into the studio. We'll have a blast shooting and creating some fun memories. After the shoot, we'll upload all your amazingly edited photos to your portal and you'll be able to save everything we captured forever.
FAQ
Can I customize a package to fit my needs?
Absolutely! This is the reason that we prefer you to reach out to us first. Every shoot is unique and special with clients wanting different things. Also our specialty is maternity, newborn, babies, and motherhood, it doesn't mean we aren't open to other types of shoots. Just ask!
What is your refund / cancellation / rescheduling policy?
We understand that life, family and schedules can throw curve balls at us at unpredictable times. We do not give refunds for cancellations. If you do need to cancel, we will gladly allow you to put that original deposit towards another session. This way you will never lose out on your initial investment and the experience. As for rescheduling, we charge a small fee of $250 to move the date of your photoshoot. This fee is because we turn down other clients and block out the date you have booked and secured. We will gladly work with you if either scenario happens, we want to provide our services and get your the best photos we can!
How long does it take to recieve the photos after the shoot and how will those be delivered?
Once images are reviewed and selected by the client, editing take 2-4 weeks for studio sessions and 2-3 weeks for location sessions. All edit times depend on photo quantities. Edited photos will be delivered via digital library for you to access.
How many photos can I expect to have delivered?
For maternity studio sessions you can expect around 5-10 professionally edited, retouched, & color corrected photos. This will be discussed during our initial conversation so a clear expectation is set before any shoot. In the case of location or nursery sessions you can expect 15-25 edited images
When should I schedule my maternity photos?
Typically, it's ideal to capture maternity photos during the 30-36 weeks. If your family has a history of early deliveries you should try schedule a photoshoot earlier in your pregnancy
How do I schedule newborn photos when due dates aren't exact?
We schedule and book all newborn shoots around your estimated due date. We know babies come when they are ready so we will be flexible and try to schedule more exact as soon as baby is here! Even if baby is early or late, we will make the shoot happen!
Is the photoshoot only for mama and baby?
No way! We would love to include older siblings, dad and any other family member you wish to include. We only ask that you notify us in advance as it may require different setups we would love to have prepared ahead of time
